1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and jiya999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the jiya999.net website and all associated services, products, features, and content provided therein. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise interacting with any part of the jiya999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

jiya999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the jiya999 platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sections of the jiya999 platform, including but not limited to the sports betting product (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), the live casino lobby, the slots section, promotional programmes, customer account management, and payment processing services.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between jiya999 and its players, including support correspondence, account notifications, and dispute resolution proceedings, will be conducted in English.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jiya999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jiya999 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or professional gambling syndicate in placing bets or using jiya999 services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiya999, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial means to access, interact with, or exploit the jiya999 platform or any game on it.
• You do not already hold an active jiya999 account under another name, email address, or mobile number. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You have the legal right to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful for you personally before registering.

Age Verification

jiya999 takes age verification seriously. All players may be required to provide government-issued identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, on first withdrawal, or at the discretion of the jiya999 compliance team. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by jiya999 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to use parental control and internet filtering tools on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing jiya999.net or any other gambling website.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the jiya999 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jiya999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonus credits associated with them.

Registration Information

When registering an account with jiya999, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. jiya999 shall not be liable for any errors, failed transactions, or losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiya999 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jiya999 recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused from other websites. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected security breach to jiya999 support at [email protected] without delay.

Account Currency

All jiya999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, and bet stakes displayed on the platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once an account currency is set to BDT at registration, it cannot be changed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jiya999 supports a range of payment methods specifically suited to players in Bangladesh. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at jiya999 is ৳200 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit set by jiya999 by default; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to the jiya999 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• jiya999 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• All deposit funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your jiya999 account, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your jiya999 account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• jiya999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a delay or withholding of the withdrawal pending compliance review.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• jiya999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Refused or Reversed Transactions

jiya999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or unresolved identity verification requirements. In such cases, jiya999 will notify the affected player via their registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter through the support team.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jiya999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are offered in BDT and are credited to the player's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary by offer and will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Sports betting, live casino, and slot games may have different contribution percentages.
• jiya999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, the bonus amount (and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds) may be removed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

Free Bets

Free bets credited to a jiya999 account must be used within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Free bet stakes are not included in any winnings returned; only net profit from a winning free bet is credited to the player's real-money balance. Free bets cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be exchanged for deposit credits.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jiya999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point while using the platform.
• Accessing the jiya999 platform using a VPN, proxy server, anonymising tool, or any other technology designed to misrepresent your actual geographic location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, exploit bonus systems, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered at jiya999.
• Laundering money or using jiya999 as a conduit for any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format offered at jiya999.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or game malfunctions to gain credits or winnings not legitimately earned. Any winnings obtained through a technical malfunction will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiya999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the jiya999 platform's source code, security systems, or back-end infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above obligations will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement. jiya999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account of any player found in breach, to void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of misconduct, and to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the voluntary closure of their jiya999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. Before processing a closure request, jiya999 will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any remaining real-money balance is withdrawn to a verified payment account in the player's name. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion from jiya999. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible, no marketing communications will be sent, and jiya999 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent the player from opening a new account. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by jiya999

jiya999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to have provided false identity or age information.
• Suspicious financial activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected in connection with the account.
• The account is involved in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• jiya999 is required to take action by a law enforcement authority or other competent regulatory body.

In the event of an involuntary closure for fraud or Terms violation, jiya999 reserves the right to withhold the balance of the account pending investigation and, where applicable, to transfer funds to the relevant authorities.

8 Liability & Disclaimer

The jiya999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jiya999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiya999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiya999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, connectivity failures, or platform downtime.
• Bets voided or winnings recalculated due to a game or data provider error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Decisions made in reliance on inaccurate odds, score data, or game information displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Tax obligations or legal consequences arising from your participation in online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jiya999 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jiya999 or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jiya999 content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

jiya999 utilises third-party services for payment processing, game delivery, and data feeds. jiya999 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party service providers.
